Job Title: Girls Outreach Director 

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of college students. As the Girls Outreach Director you’ll play a vital role in fostering spiritual growth, community engagement, and leadership development among girls on campus. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for discipleship that cater to the specific needs of college students.

• Lead small group, mentoring relationships, and one-on-one discipleship meetings to foster spiritual growth and maturity. 

• Foster community and positive environment within volunteer groups through hangouts and get-togethers. 

• Organized, helpful attitude with the ability to help with administrative and event planning. 

Qualifications:

• A follower of Jesus Christ with a commitment to personal discipleship and a heart for reaching college girls with the Gospel. 

• College graduate.

• Previous experience in college ministry, discipleship, or outreach is highly desirable.

• Passionate about discipling and developing the next generation.

• Highly relational with the ability to relate effectively to college students from diverse backgrounds.

• A calling into full-time ministry.

• Raise a portion of annual personal financial support.
